From designing to printing, it all happens here. With a full service print shop in the same building as our designers, your signs will be printed right the first time.
The Team
About Carlos: Carlos is the Senior Account Manager at ASW. Growing up in Monterey, California, he made his move to Austin in 2020. He has been in sales and service for over 30 years. He’s very passionate about all his customers and friends he’s made along the way. Coming to Austin has been one of the best moves he’s ever made, as he is; 1- Part account manager. 2.-Parts sales & service 3.- Parts Travel softball coach, too many parts? When not working, he likes to spend time with family. Most of his weekends are on the road & on the softball diamond with girls fastpitch softball. He loves to go on hikes and pass the time enjoying the beautiful landscapes and making the most of what life has to offer.
About Sophia: Sophia is the Marketing and Branding Specialist. She has a BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and is passionate about User Experience/Design and Market Research. When she’s not working, she’ll be found anywhere with vegan food or with her cat, Seaweed.
About Lexi: Lexi is the Design Lead. She graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in RFT, specializing in animation and editing. After being out of school for a year, she returned for an AAS in Graphic Design Specialization. She has a passion for hands on and crafting projects.
About Jamelyn: Jamelyn, a long time Austinite, is one of the production designers at ASW. She is passionate about Brand Development and improving web accessibility for everyone. You’ll most likely find her at a sushi bar, preferably at happy hour.
About Yanna: Yanna is a friendly customer service representative, committed to providing high-quality service and developing customer relationships. Attended University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and majored in PR/Communications. Her hobbies include outdoor activities, traveling and sports, and how can you forget about the food here in Austin!!!
About Jon: Jon is the CEO/President of ASW. Growing up in California and living in Colorado, and then Texas, Jon was giving the opportunity to run a small sign shop. Adding processes, online ordering, and leading character driven individuals grew to serving over 12,000 customers per year across the continental US. Jon will continue seeking to integrate his passions of family, service, and outdoor adventures into business and develop their mutual growth.
